You may also make a complaint by contacting the County Administrator at Schuyler Count, 607.535.8106. A complainant may file a complaint directly to the NYS Department of Transportation by contacting the Title VI Unit in NYSDOT's Office of Civil Rights: NYSDOT | 50 Wolf Road | Albany, NY 12232 | Phone: 518.457.1129 | Email: OCR_TitleVI@dot.state.ny.us. Complaint forms may also be acquired at any of the NYSDOT 11 Regional Offices.
A complainant may file a complaint with the Federal Transit Administration by filing a complaint with the: Office of Civil Rights | Attn: Title VI Program Coordinator | East Building, 5th Floor - TCR | 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE | Washington, DC 20590.
