Mobility Management is an approach for organizing and providing coordinated transportation services to all customers, including older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with lower incomes. Mobility management meets individual customer needs by coordinating available transportation options and service providers. The goal of mobility management is to accomplish a more efficient transportation service delivery system. The mobility manager serves as a liaison for the public, human service organizations, public transportation, and employers to ensure that customers can get transportation to the places they need to go. The mobility manager is also a resource for transportation related questions.

  • Provide Information:   Mobility management exists to help individuals, human service organizations, employers and the public maximize the benefits of transportation options in their area. Contact the Mobility Manager at the Transportation Link-Line at 607-535-3555.
  • Public Transit/Human Services Coordinated Transportation Meetings: This committee meets quarterly or as needed to discuss community transportaiton needs, develop creative solutions and review current transportation services.  These meetings are open to the public and held at The Arc of Schuyler, 210 12th St., Watkins Glen.  This location is accessible and is served by Schuyler County Transit Village Connections route.  Use the 12th & Porter stop,  The next meeting is scheduled for September 12th, 2018 10AM-12Noon.
