Mobility Management is an approach for organizing and providing coordinated transportation services to all customers, including older adults, people with disabilities, and individuals with lower incomes. Mobility management meets individual customer needs by coordinating available transportation options and service providers. The goal of mobility management is to accomplish a more efficient transportation service delivery system. The mobility manager serves as a liaison for the public, human service organizations, public transportation, and employers to ensure that customers can get transportation to the places they need to go. The mobility manager is also a resource for transportation related questions.
